​Rudy’s Delicatessen, formally Square Deal Market last located on Drouillard Road, has been a staple in Windsor since 1928. It was founded by John Demian, then continued with Rudy, his son, and then Rudy’s son Daryl, and now Ryan, Rudy’s grandson.   Rudy’s Delicatessen is continuing the business of premium kielbasa production, proudly, with its’s unique taste, from its new location at 2220 Olympia Drive, Oldcastle and with the distribution many of Essex County's finest premium grocery stores spanning from Belle River to Amherstburg. Rudy’s Kielbasa is a sausage not only enjoyed by generations of Windsorites’, but the likes of people such as Alice Cooper, Mel Gibson and the Detroit Lions.
